We live in a nice neighborhood in Amsterdam, 10 minutes biking from the city center and within the ring (Oost/Indische Buurt). The apartment is close to Amsterdam Muiderpoort train station, buses/trams (65, 22, 37, 40, 41, 7, 3, 14, 10), supermarkets (reg. & organic), restaurant/cafe/theater Studio K, shops and farmer's market. I bought the apartment 1,5 years ago and it's in great shape. The room is small and semi-furnished: with an IKEA book case, small table and lamp. You will need a clothes rack or closet and a mattress/bed. A double mattress (190cm in length) will fit in the width of the room. We share the living room, bathroom (small!) and kitchen. We are looking for someone quiet, tidy and respectful, m or f, with a fulltime job (who is not at home during the day). We don't have a TV or cable, we do have wireless internet. The kitchen is mainly vegetarian or organic meat/fish. The deposit is 350 euros (one month's rent, to be paid when moving in). About us: Brazilian-Dutch couple (m&f), used to living with a roommate, very respectful of other people's privacy and needs. We love: capoeira, salsa, home = peace & quiet.
